Before we get to that there is one catch. You have to have filed your 2007 tax return on time. Since today is April 17th, if you haven't filed your taxes by now you won't get a check. But for the rest of you here's the breakdown. It's based on whether or not you had your 2007 tax refund direct deposited into your bank or if you had to receive a paper check.
