The new coaching staff has had no hesitation in completely innovating the entire football program. This transition is apparent in the improved commitment of the entire team. This has led to unquestionably the most productive spring practices I have been a part of in my three years participating in the program. Spring practices have progressed from a reminder for the spring semester that we still play football into a vigorous approach to win a conference championship. Now, we are focused on putting in the hard work it takes to win and, we are making huge progress in installing an offense that is new to all of us. However, the most important upgrade we have made in my opinion is that RED SHIRT PRIDE is now a core value in our everyday lives.
