There are no causalities in reported in Israel yet there were 4 injured in Akaba as the rocket there hit the entrance of intercontinental hotel at Akaba. "One person has just died from his wounds"
Currently there are unofficial news that MOI is doing a full scale search across Sinai , which means a new chapter of bad relations with the locals and a new crusade against human rights there. I can imagine the MOI will put the blame on the Laavi group.
This is the second time it happens and it happens right after the visit of the Israeli president to Cairo and his meeting with President Mubarak. The news itself absurd knowing how strong the relations between Cairo and Tel Aviv.
The story is developing and my condolences to that Jordanian man's family and friends.
By the way Officially Egypt is denying that the rockets were launched from our territories , Daily TV show Misr El-Nahrada has asked its viewers on twitter why on earth Israel would accuse us such dangerous accusation !!
Update :
- Egypt is insisting that there was nothing launched from Taba or any surrounding areas after tight search.
- Israel has claimed that there was an explosion in Sinai yet the Egyptian authorities are denying this
- Unofficially the Jordanian authorities say that the rockets came from Egypt.
