Back to Moataz Matar , last 26th of July he began to sense that the MOI and the regime in general do not like what he had done in his show when he was denied from attending the first session of Khaled Said's trial. What happened then was just the beginning
Since Khaled Said's coverage it was noticed that Matar started to host controversial figures like for instance Mussad Abu Fagr with special coverage on police abuse like for instance from couple of days ago he hosted a lady that claimed to be raped by policemen in an ambush.
I think that the show may have been suspended because of that last episode.
In a recent interview in Dostor Matar revealed that he was banned from hosting Ayman Nour in the show.
Matar does not know his fate yet in the channel but for sure he made for him a name in the Egyptian media.
Update :
The show is back on air on the channel on the 4th of August 2010
