The Israeli media claims that Gamal Mubarak met Israeli PM Netanyahu in Washington and the Egyptian press , the independent and opposition press of course took the news and published with no comment because you do not need to comment but rather to ask : Why did Junior meet Bibi !!??
We knew now that Gamal went Washington with his father despite he has not got an official position in the Egyptian regime because he is a good son “Does this mean that Alaa is a bad son !!??” but we do not know why he met Bibi which was not denied by the officials in Egypt.
Why did he meet Bibi ?? Did he want the Israel’s approval and blessing ?? Did he want to ensure for the Israelis that his dad’s friendly policies will continue in his terms !!?? Or is he trying in advance to explain to his Israeli friends that he will not mean any harm when he attacks Israel whether directly or indirectly as he will do so in order to win the public in his coming campaign.
Israel is playing with fire so it is better to stay away from our presidential elections 2011 because I believe if this regime is going down “and insh Allah it will” , the next regime will not be generous with Israel in the same way Mubarak is in order to win the public so no need to make the public more angry with these provocations.
Another question why did the Israeli press announce this meeting knowing how much it will provoke the Egyptian public not to mention harming Gamal Mubarak's image !??
